Horse Registry -
The objective of FAHR
is to locate and identify these few remaining Foundation
Appaloosas in an organized effort to reestablish this
declining breed worldwide.

This site was created in an attempt to provide a single
source on the Internet for all Appaloosa lovers and
enthusiasts to post links for their farms, ranches,
stallions, services, horses for sale, horses wanted, etc.

collecting, recording and preserving the history and
integrity of the breed; improving, enhancing, and
promoting the Appaloosa, and honoring the tradition,
history and heritage of the breed.

Colored Appaloosa Association, Inc. was conceived by
several concerned, long-time breeders and owners for the
purpose of saving and restoring the true Appaloosa Breed.
We intend to preserve the breed's Native American
Heritage, as well as promote the true, versatile
Appaloosa breed throughout the world. We will accomplish
this with educational materials, sanctioned and open
shows, and with other programs of interest to, in
recognition of, owners and breeders of true
